Wanted to wish a Merry Christmas to everyone I watch and to all that watch me... and heck, to everyone else too!

Now I can shrink down my gallery folder list so each Rivers Destiny story can have sub folders for its respective comic and artwork. Woop Woop!

Might sub folder all those other things too if I figure out the best way to go about it.

Feels a bit odd not drawing anything if its not working towards the completion of Warm Winter. But feels really good too. Just need a never ending list of Christmas music to play in my head 24/7 and my Christmassy spirit will be complete. Anyone know any good songs? :I

Saw some Christmas Crunch cereal at the store. Yeah why not?, lets buy some!

I have 2 works in progress that I decided should get finished as soon as I can. The birthday image coloring for Roo and the second page of Trickster's Treat...well I mean that one is obviously late as all hell.

After those two are done. I will be putting myself on a 'can-not-draw-anything-else' rule until Warm Winter makes some good progress. Based on what I have on my list, expect the two works in progress to be complete within the next 3 days and Warm Winter to start moving in within the week.

I hate organization and I am trying to figure out all the info I am gonna need for making a commission pricing list. How much would my art actually be worth anyways? lol :I

My greed side says charge it high, but my kind spirit side is swimming in the single digit side of the pool. Bahasfhfhg

For some odd reason, I can not upload anything on deviantart.

Google Chrome will only get me to 85% on what I was trying to load. Then stops.
EI doesn't even show any attempt at uploading.
And my firefox has been screwed for months so Java is disabled on it.

Not sure if this is a temporary thing or if I am screwed until I get new computer or something. But we'll see.

EDIT: Well okay, so re-enabling java on firefox will let me upload the file with that. *Even though I actually went back to chrome after uploading and finished the process there.*

So for some odd reason still, chrome, the browser I chose to replace the crapped-out firefox, which I chose to relpace the slow EI, is now also being crap.

Still have to wait and see if this whole thing is something temporary.

Oh I can't wait until I get new computer some time. I think I'll just focus on that for the rest of the year.

For someone like myself who draws a lot of random things. Trying to organize them is a sonnavabitch. So to make things a lot easier on myself I will be going through all my work and deleting anything discontinued or old enough for me not to want it around anymore. (Apologies to any random person who might have had something favorited.)

A lot more folders will be made.
My 'fan art' folder will be separated into folders for the series that art belongs to.
And although its more cluttered, I am leaving all video game specific fan art in YAYGaming instead of separating that as well.

Feels funny having a Death Note folder hovering below the Care Bears folder...but that's what I get for having this mind.

And that's all I will say for now.

Yeah. I had an idea for a submission in December. Then I think about how starting it then would mean not finishing it until January or something. So instead I am making the plans for it now in between my other stuff so that I can start it in October or sometime earlier without too much hesitation.

Next thing I upload will be some of the planning sketches for it.

I was thinking about the Westler's Journal story. And trying to put the events in their proper order so I know how to continue the comic.

Most of it was fine and I had no issues with how things start and end up, but a few things made me stop and rethink the situations.

*Semi not really spoilers spoiler alert?*

One issue was with the end of the comic that I kinda know now how to change already. But I won't go into endings.

The main issue was with a certain event that kind of leaves the M.S.A. in a tight spot. I realized that after the incident occurred they should have had a backup plan. But originally they didn't and that just made them seem really incompetent for an organization dedicated to protecting the world.

Managed to fix that too now.

Hard part is figuring out some of the filler events between the main story. I need to think about some of their possible casual interactions.

Just hit me how much these remakes would take up time.
Why the hell would I want to remake everything I made years ago?

Sure they will look better. But remaking those old things are better suited as side-projects when I get bored. Not something I HAVE to do.

I have never been good at making decisions stick. So hey if you want, slap me cross the face and remind me to stay on course.

Anyways I am going to finish those kingdom heart PA remakes since I already have their line arts and just need to color them all in.

After that I'll finish any Work In Progress' I have in my folder to get rid of them and sneak in extra practice.

Once that is done. I'll do everything possible to organize my folders and start giving Rivers Destiny the attention it deserves.

My list of important things should be
1. Real life
2. Rivers Destiny (and drawing in general)
3. Gaming

One thing I have to get used to is destroying old art. If I don't like them I shouldn't have to remake them. Just get rid of them, store them away and get them out of sight and mind.

I MIGHT remake the comics again...MIGHT. (Referring back to remakes, I might just leave the current pages as is and remake them later on the side.)

Rivers Destiny has been with me since I started playing around with a teddy bear who owned a factory at my grandmothers house. It doesn't deserve to be buried under my secondary hobby.

After I get things started, I'll open commissions. I'd do it now but again...distractions.

As for my gaming hobby, its clear my best option is to aim for HD streaming. I wont have to spend time editing and rendering. Just play the game live and then upload. I know my computer probably won't take what I need, but I'll trail and error until I get it right. Until then, edit and render is my option. Just have to find time on off days to record.

But back to the point of this journal. I wanna bring Rivers Destiny back. Wish me luck.

But being who I am I normally don't want to get rid of old work no matter what.


So instead of simply throwing out the old work, I am taking the ones I'd still want to keep and re-making them to better fit with my recent works.

I work until about 3:30 pm but once I get home I'll be getting ready to start the Drawathon.

Nothing but Pokemon music through a mic and drawings of all 646 Pokemon....*blalalegeeggh*

This is not some kind of marathon that I will be doing for hours and hours. I'm starting it tonight but depending on when I stop, I'll finish the rest on other broadcasts throughout the months.

Since I was a fan during the time Pokemon came out and know nothing of the newer Pokemon, this will be a nice little experience for me.

41 hours of Pokemon music are on standby to keep my ears from getting bored.

Also to keep myself from drawing the Pokemon I know first, I won't be going in order. Instead its random numbers from a hats.

Tonight I will be trying to do my first broadcast from within the apartment. Nothing too special.

If I have everything set up correctly, it will probably just be me going through old papers n whatnot.

As soon as I am settled in my new place I hope to catch up with some stuff that hass been sitting in my "works in progress" folder.

There is also 2 things I might try to do throughout the year.

1. OC Surprise Gift.
This would be me browsing randomly throughout DA and finding an OC or Fan OC which I will then draw in my own style as a random gift for the owner. I always find random images with OCs I feel like drawing right then and there but I always just move on and forget about it. This will give me something to do if I ever get really boreds.

2. Pokemon Drawathon Live Stream.
This is a little bit iffy and depends on the amount of free time I get while living in the apartment. The basic plan is to have a live draw-cast. (Which I have done before.) But the subject of this cast would be to draw every Pokemon from original series to new. Not big very detailed drawings, but just drawing them one by one. Main reason I want to do this is because I was a fan of Pokemon back then, and these days I no nothing about the newer Pokemon so it should be a nice learning experience. :V

Apparently the last youtube vid I uploaded was in December. So thats good, I can make my first youtube vid in the new apartment with my new YAYGaming logo in 2012. woop woop!

The OC drawings would either be monthly (at least) or bi-weekly if I have time.
The pokemon draw stream I will have to find out more about. I'll need to find a good day off or two to do something like that.

Pretty much about to sleep after writing this. Early workday tomorrow. 3 hours sleep I think. Oh well.

Made a list of the main sites I use and visit so I can try to update each of them somehow tomorrow after work. I'll probably start by updating my avatar for each one so they are similar but not the same. WILL be Herp Derp Bunny Related though.

Gotta organize them Arkham City broadcast videos information on Youtube.
Got a notebook full of tiny whatever doodles that I need to re-draw for deviantart.
So much to dooooo....although I guess that comes after I check in with college. Juuust incase.
