Family:
Husband to Helena Helios and father of Julieus Helios.

Story up to 'Geon & Julieus':
From a very young age Henren always looked up to the soldiers that protected the kingdom. He even trained on his own so that he could one day join the king's army.

At the age of 14 he started sneaking into the army's training grounds to witness their practice up close. It didn't take long for him to get discovered. He was brought to King Hian to answer for his actions.

He begged King Hian to allow him to train with the army. Hian was hesitant, but Queen Yolin was more open minded to the boy's request. After all, having young assets to the kingdom wasn't something that hadn't already been done before.

He was allowed to train with the king's army under the supervision of the head of the queen's gaurds, Orvis.
During his time in training, he befriended two of the other older trainees, Joen and Cil.

With the help of his new acquaintances he grew stronger in combat, receiving his first assignment at the age of 16. Protecting the outer area of the kingdom from the weaker wilderness demons.

It was during one of these attacks that he first accessed his soul arm. Only wielding a sword and shield at the time, he was ganged up on by a small swarm of demons. He managed to survive but had suffered severe wounds. He was too weak to move fast, but noticed a demon far off attacking the people. As the demon drew closer to its target, he reached out in panic and had summoned his bow.

In shock but still concerned he managed to fire off one shot. Which took out the demon, and teleported him in front of the girl he saved.

He tried to ask if she was okay, but collapsed from his injuries seconds later. When he regained consciousness he was lying in the care of the girl he saved but she looked different than what he had seen before. She started to cry and begged him not to tell anyone about her whereabouts, admitting to sneaking out of the kingdom and not knowing the outer areas. But he had no idea what she was going on about. He instead offered to show her around.

Together they spent time walking around the kingdom and getting to know each other. Once Henren realized just who she was, he convinced her to go back to the kingdom. Together they addressed the king. She was to return to her original duties, but only if she would be allowed to train with the soldiers as well.

More years passed into the time of the Wilderness War. The war passed and so did King Hian, leaving his son Reven the throne. Having a better understanding of his soul arm, Henren had become a powerful ranged fighter. And was even more capable with the help of his old life saving friend and now love, Helena.

Henren and Helena eventually married. He would later become a father to their daughter, Julieus.

Extra Info:
Although a respected member of the king's army. He is not above acting silly. Especially if it means making his daughter happy.
The jewel on his head is a product of Helena's magic. A charm intended to increase his eyesight in combat.
