Suddenly, Trilo woke up. Fucking terrified. Where was he? Who were those two randoms staring at him? They looked startled too, since he was a puppet, but alive and sentient.
He pleaded to not be harmed, and the dude in the other blue suit simply held his hand out, not even making any attempts to be harmful at all. Trilo was reluctant, but he eventually was pulled out of the cabinet after he gave permission to be carried.
He looked like a nervous child in the arms of the blue-suited man, trembling helplessly as if he were cold.
The girl in the pink dress was worried for him, as he was crying. Trilo explained that he simply just had a bad dream, but immediately after said that if they see anyone who looks like him but "wrinkly and gross", he didn't want to be returned to him.
The blue-suited guy, who said his name was Phoenix, tried to tell Trilo that the wrinkly and gross lookalike needed him back, but he kept begging to not go back. He really wanted to escape from the abomination that disguised itself in the hide of a dreamworld.
He just wanted to live a life where he wouldn't even have to get involved in anything romantic, so after a bit of a talk, Phoenix eventually chose to rescue Trilo from the tent.
Trilo was a lot happier with his new lifestyle, even though he was traumatized severely from the old one. The pink-dress girl, Maya, was seen as an older sister to Trilo, and even helped make him learn that he is aromantic asexual, and come out as such.
All it took to save him was a retirement from the revolting experience. He was no longer employed at the Berry Big Scam of a Circus. He finally pulled himself off of the strings.
Meanwhile, Benjamin Woodman was plotting some disgusting revenge on Trilo for betraying him.
